Start with a wide view
Take a step back and photograph the whole pile, room, garden or structure. For several areas, include a wide view of each so we can see the full job.
Show the items and materials
Add closer pictures of bulky furniture, appliances, heavy materials and anything unusual. Tell us what each item is and which belongings need to stay. Do not open or disturb unfamiliar materials to get a photo.
Photograph the access
Show the route to the road, including gates, stairs, narrow passages and parking. Let us know about locked access, long carries or anything a photograph cannot show clearly.
Give a little size context
Approximate dimensions are useful for a structure, fence or large item. For a conservatory, include the roof, frame, inside, connection to the house and any base you want us to assess. Take photos from a safe position.
Keep private information out
Avoid faces, paperwork, addresses on letters, vehicle registrations and neighbours’ private spaces. Check each picture before sending it.
Send your postcode and a short description
Include your postcode and explain what needs removing, what should stay and any timing preferences. If the pictures cannot show everything, describe the remaining areas so we can discuss the next step.
The work, exclusions and any job-specific requirements will be agreed for your property.
