Quotes and bookings
A website enquiry is not a confirmed booking. We discuss the work, price, availability and any exclusions before accepting a job. A quote is based on the information provided and the items and access described.
Changes to the work
Tell us if quantities, materials, access or other relevant details change. We will discuss any change to the scope or price before carrying out additional work.
Access and authorisation
Please identify what should be removed, ensure you have authority to arrange the work, and tell us about parking, access, hazards and anything that must remain.
Dismantling and excluded materials
Bases, foundations, utilities, structural work, permissions and making good are not automatically included in dismantling. Asbestos, clinical waste and hazardous materials are not accepted as general waste. Tell us about unfamiliar materials or equipment so the job can be assessed.
Payment
The price, any applicable tax, payment method and payment timing will be agreed for the job before work begins.
Changes and cancellation
Contact us as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel a booking. Any applicable statutory consumer cancellation rights remain unaffected; where a right to cancel applies, we will provide the required information and agree any request to start work during the cancellation period.
Concerns and complaints
Please contact us using the details above if something is wrong. We will discuss the concern and seek a fair resolution. Nothing in this information removes your statutory rights.
